Andrea Anders

Anders is a native of Madison, Wisconsin. She was born and raised within Madison, Wisconsin but now is a resident of Los Angeles, is originally from DeForest. She graduated from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. Then, in 1997 she graduated with a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001 she received her master's in fine arts from Rutgers University. Anders had a relationship with Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. They met on filming of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders directed her in the movies "Sex Drive" as well as "Never Been Thawed". The year 2001 was the time Anders started her professional career in the theatre. She appeared in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of the film's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump appeared on the Arena Stage. New Doors was performed at The Guthrie Theater. Cold/Tender as and New World Rhapsody are two New York Stage & Film productions. Anders began in May 2007 in the Geffen Playhouse production of Fat Pig. She then appeared on the show in the 90s. Anders has been a part of Joey since the beginning, playing Alex Garrett the lawyer and The Class (nee Campbell) as Nicole Allen - an ex footballer's wife. Both shows were cancelled despite her appearance on every episode. Anders' guest appearances include One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. In 2003, she was Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made minor appearances in The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders appeared on Numb3rs the show, which ran on television in the year 2008. Anders has also appeared in two TV pilots that did not succeed. Spellbound, News To Me. Most recently, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
